Yingying Chen, CPA Manager
Yingying is a manager at Francis & Company. She joined our firm after obtaining her master's degree in accounting and auditing from the University of Washington. Yingying provides audit and consulting services for a variety of our clients, including evaluation of indirect cost allocation, finance reporting and consulting, as well as annual financial and A-133 audit. She has specialized in governmental accounting and reporting, working on accounting and financial reporting services for these entities. She assists with review and supervision of our audit engagements.
